About the piece

A figure with wings spread wide conveys at a glance the human longing to rise and be free. Nova Cyber Guardian expresses that longing with a chrome gleam: with wings opening feather by feather and her blue lights, she fills a high-ceilinged hall with the thrill of a moment just before takeoff.

Nova Cyber Guardian is a female figure with her wings spread wide to either side; on her mirror-bright chrome surface, the wing feathers, joints, and body are worked in layer upon layer of mechanical detail. Blue LED light glows at the head and thighs.

With a 260 cm wingspan and a height of 180 cm, she creates an architectural accent in a spacious entry hall, a gallery, or a high-ceilinged living room; a conical chrome base carries the figure in balance.
