Shipping and Returns
This page explains the delivery and return of orders placed on aurumgalerie.com. All terms of sale are set out on the Pre-Contract Information Form and Distance Sales Agreement pages.
Free shipping
Shipping is free worldwide; no shipping cost is added to your order total.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery time: 14 days including production
This period runs from the order date and cannot exceed the legal maximum of 30 days. If we foresee a delay, we will let you know by email. If your order is not delivered within the promised period, you may terminate the contract; in that case, the amount you paid, including the delivery cost, will be refunded within 14 days from the date your notice of termination reaches us.
Shipment tracking
When your order is shipped, the tracking information is sent to your email address.
When you receive your order
When receiving the package, check the outer packaging in the presence of the courier. If you see any damage to the packaging, such as crushing, tearing or wetness, have the courier prepare a damage report and take photos of the damage. If you wish, you may refuse to accept the damaged package.
Right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date you receive the piece, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. You may also exercise your right of withdrawal during the period between placing your order and the delivery of the piece. For orders in which several pieces are delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last piece.
Notice of withdrawal
Send your notice of withdrawal, together with your order number, before the 14-day period expires, through one of the following channels:

We will confirm that we have received your request and let you know how to send the return.
Return conditions
- Send the piece back within 10 days from your notice of withdrawal.
- Return the piece complete, together with any accessories and parts. If possible, use the original packaging so that it is not damaged in transit.
- You are not responsible for changes and deterioration resulting from using the piece in accordance with its operation, technical specifications and instructions for use. You are responsible for damage and loss of value resulting from any other use.
Refund
Within 14 days at the latest from the date your notice of withdrawal reaches us, the full amount you paid, including any delivery cost, will be refunded in a single payment, using a method consistent with the one you used to pay and without any cost to you. The time it takes for the amount to appear in your account or on your card may vary depending on your bank.
Return shipping cost
If you send the piece back with the carrier we designate for returns, you will not be charged the return cost; if we do not designate a carrier for returns, you will not be asked to pay the return cost either. If the carrier we designate has no branch where you are located, the piece will be collected from your address at no additional charge to you. If you choose a different carrier instead of the one we designate, the shipping cost is borne by you.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the cases listed in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. For example, there is no right of withdrawal for personalized products prepared in line with your requests or personal needs.
Damaged or defective piece
If the piece reaches you damaged or you notice a defect in the product, send us your order number, photos showing the damage and, if available, the carrier's damage report through one of the following channels:

We are responsible for any loss or damage that occurs until the piece is delivered to you. For a defective piece, you may exercise one of your elective rights under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection: withdrawal from the contract, a price reduction, free repair, or replacement of the piece with a non-defective equivalent. In these cases, shipping costs are not charged to you.
