Buyer
The person who places an order through the aurumgalerie.com website (the "Site") and who provides their first name, last name, delivery and billing address, phone number and email address when ordering. The Buyer's details appear in the order summary and in the order confirmation email.

2. Subject

This agreement governs the rights and obligations of the parties, in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, regarding the sale and delivery of the product that the Buyer orders electronically through the Site.

3. Product, price and payment

The name and key characteristics of the product subject to the agreement, any options such as color and size, the quantity, the sales price including taxes, the payment method and the delivery address are as stated in the order summary and in the order confirmation email. Shipping is free worldwide; no shipping cost is charged to the Buyer. The prices stated are valid on the order date. Payment is taken in the secure checkout of Shopify, the Site's platform provider.

4. Delivery

The product is delivered by courier to the delivery address the Buyer provided when ordering.
Delivery time: 14 days including production

This period runs from the order date and in no case exceeds 30 days. If the Seller foresees that delivery will be delayed, it informs the Buyer. If the product is not delivered within the promised period, the Buyer may terminate the agreement; in that case, the Seller refunds all payments it has collected, including the delivery cost, to the Buyer in a single payment and free of charge within 14 days from the date the notice of termination reaches it.

If fulfilling the order becomes impossible, the Seller notifies the Buyer in writing or by means of a durable medium within 3 days from the date it learns of the situation, and refunds all payments it has collected, including the delivery cost, within 14 days at the latest from the date of notification.

The Seller is responsible for any loss or damage that occurs until the product is delivered to the Buyer or to a third party designated by the Buyer. If the Buyer requests shipment with a carrier other than the one designated by the Seller, the Seller cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that occurs after the product is handed over to that carrier.

5. Product information

The dimensions and key characteristics of the products are stated on the product page. Depending on screen settings and ambient light, the colors of the products may look slightly different from how they appear in the photos.

6. Right of withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The Buyer may also exercise the right of withdrawal during the period between the conclusion of the agreement and the delivery of the product. For products in a single order that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day the last product is received.

The notice of withdrawal is sent to the Seller in writing or by means of a durable medium before the period expires. The notice may be sent to the email or postal address given in Article 1 or through the contact form on the Site. Receipt of a notice of withdrawal sent through the Site is confirmed to the Buyer without delay.

The Buyer sends the product back to the Seller within 10 days from the date of sending the notice of withdrawal. Within 14 days from the date the notice of withdrawal reaches it, the Seller refunds all payments it has collected, including any delivery costs, in a single payment, using a method consistent with the payment instrument the Buyer used, without imposing any cost or obligation on the Buyer.

If the product is sent back with the carrier the Seller has designated for returns, the Buyer is not responsible for the return cost. If the Seller has not designated a carrier for returns, the Buyer cannot be asked to pay the return cost. If the designated carrier has no branch where the Buyer is located, the Seller ensures that the product is collected from the Buyer without requesting any additional cost.

The Buyer is not responsible for changes and deterioration that occur if the product is used during the withdrawal period in accordance with its operation, technical specifications and instructions for use.

7. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the contracts listed in Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation. Accordingly, there is no right of withdrawal for contracts concerning products prepared in line with the Buyer's requests or personal needs.

8. Defective product

If the product is defective, the Buyer may exercise one of the elective rights listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6502: withdrawal from the agreement, a price reduction in proportion to the defect, free repair, or replacement of the product with a non-defective equivalent. Shipping costs related to the exercise of these rights are borne by the Seller. The Buyer's other statutory rights remain reserved.

9. Personal data

The Buyer's personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Notice (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy published on the Site.

10. Disputes

For disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees at the Buyer's place of residence or at the place where the consumer transaction took place have jurisdiction within the monetary limits announced each year by the Ministry of Trade, and the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes exceeding these limits. Before filing a lawsuit at the Consumer Courts, applying to a mediator is mandatory in the cases provided for by law.

11. Entry into force

Before confirming the order, the Buyer declares that they have read and accepted the Pre-Contract Information Form and all terms of this agreement. The agreement is concluded when the Buyer confirms the order.
